Essay

The research made a general description in a field social, legal analysis in Ukraine from point of economic, political, organizational and legislative of his constituents for turnover of precious metals and jewels. Research investigates problems of improvement of national legislation and law activity of economy. It analyzes the legal administrative mechanism of the noted sphere turnover and his constituents. Suggestions were given in relation to the ways of perfection of existing standards and development of new standards in the field of realization of state test tube control. The thesis use international experience and requirements of the European legislation.
