The dissertation is devoted complex research of problems of a legal status of Agrarian fund of Ukraine. Definitely features of legal regulation of activity of Agrarian Fund of Ukraine at the present stage of development of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. Is found out at the concept and features of agrarian fund as a subject оf agrarian legal relationship. It is analyzed operating legislation of Ukraine which regulates fundamental laws and obligation of Agrarian fund, its function and a place in a system of other bodies of state regulation of agriculture of the general, branch and special competence.
