The processes of ekologo-ekonomycheskogo management are a research object. Results: conception of forming of the system of communications of ekologo-ekonomycheskogo industrial operations management; mechanism of functioning of the system of communications of ekologo-ekonomycheskogo management by system description and formalization of co-operation of basic his component on macro and mykro levels; algorithm of the kolychetvennogo measuring of the state of the system of communications of ekologo-ekonomycheskogo management; simulation model of production process; methodical bases of forming of the ekologo-ekonomycheskogo rating. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of local organs of power, industrial enterprises.
