The researcher presents the effectiveness of the orthopedic treatment using a prosthetic based on oxide zirconium on patients with small defect of dentitions. Was studied needs of the population of Chernivtsi and Chernivtsi region in non-removable dental prosthesis. The number of produced aesthetic and cosmetic prostheses increased in recent years, but yet it is insufficient. A physical-mechanical investigation of some properties of metal and non-metal ceramic constructions, confirmed the best properties of the material based on zirconium oxide. Was analyzed the indicators of electrical excitability of pulp after tooth preparation for aesthetic constructions of fixed prostheses. It was proposed some measures to improve the functional state of the pulp of support teeth. Was determined the influence of metal and non-metal ceramic constructions on the condition of the mucous membrane of acentric periodontal. It is shown that the duration of inflammation of the mucous membrane of acentric periodontal of support teeth, which were recorded non-removable prostheses with non-metal ceramic constructions based on zirconium oxide was significantly lower compared to the influence of traditional metal constructions.
