Kolyada N. Chlamydia Rhinosinusitis in children will (clinical-laboratornaya diagnostika and therapeutic tactics)

Dissertation deals with the increase of effectiveness of Chlamidia rhinosinusitis treatment in children. Rate and specific structure of Chlamidia affection of schneiderian membrane in children of different age were defined by clinical and special methods of investigation. Data about initial state, dynamics and correlation of cellular, humoral and antiendotoxic components of immune system in rhinosinusitis of Chlamidia aetiology were received for the first time. The role of endotoxin LPS of clamydia and gram-negative flora association in pathogenesis of Chlamidia rhinosinusitis in children was investigated for the first time and proved. In children with rhinosinusitis of Chlamidia aetiology the researches revealed metabolic immunosuppression which declared itself by dysfunction of phagocytic component, tense state of T-cell component of immune system with the development of secondary immunodeficiency and presence of pronounced endogenous intoxication against the background of depression of humoral component of immune system. Clinical effectiveness of basic therapy supplemented with combined application of enterosorbent, probiotic (Linex) and prolonged course of preparations Chophytol, Galium - Heel, Lymphomyosot, Mucosa compositum resulted in normalization of microbal flora of schneiderian membrane, significant improvement of systemic and antiendotoxin immunity parameters, effectiveness increase of treatment of patients with rhinosinusitis of Chlamidia aetiology that is proved by significant decrease of recidivation cases.
