Bayrak D. A medical rehabilitation of patients suffering from rhonchopathy.

The thesis is concerned with the problem of development of a medical rehabilitation of patients suffering from a rhonchopathy. The present article considers the concept of increasing of the efficiency of a medical rehabilitation of the patients suffering from rhonchopathy by means of individual approach based on revealing of the psychological factors that define the outcome of the rehabilitation. It is proved that the most unfavorable forecast for the self-rating of the medical rehabilitation outcomes is for the ergopathic-anosognosic type of patients. To justify these concepts the author conducted examination of 156 patients with rhonchopathy. The matching of traditional and offered by the author clinic-psychological method diagnostic techniques showed that the techniques applied increase the efficiency of the treatment on 20,3±5,0%. A number of rehabilitation advantages were found out at the group of patients that had the uvulotomy with the using of Z-figurative seam. As a result of the conducted work the author considers the further development of the medical rehabilitation system to be possible not only due to the improvement of treatment and diagnostic techniques on all its stages but also due to the scheduling of stages and methods of a medical rehabilitation with consideration of the patient psychological status.
