This dissertation is the result of researches made on the problems related to economic agent's illegal acquisition. The research paper discusses objective and subjective circumstances of a crime, analyses the features and outcomes of raiding and looks into its reasons. The main focus of the research paper is the concept of evidence in criminal process, the crime event and the ways to identify it. The paper also discusses circumstances that affect the crime degree, gives characteristics to the accused, and identifies features to mitigate or aggravate the verdict. Considerable attention in the paper is paid to objective and subjective circumstances that have to be defined and proved in cases related to illegal acquisition of economic agents.
