Korulya I. Militia in the prevention of corruption mechanism

The dissertation deals with the complex scientific research of the place and role of the Ukrainian militia at the state mechanism of prevention of corruption. A system of prevention of corruption subjects in Ukraine and legal regulation of their activity in this field is considered. A content of Ukrainian militia activity concerning the prevention of corruption is characterized and thereto related organizational-legal support. Based on the international best practice some recommendations towards the ways of militia activity improvement in the prevention of corruption field are formulated. The forms of militia interaction with the other state bodies in the prevention of corruption field are analyzed as well as the means of process of law securing and its effectiveness at this field.
