The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study of problems and methods of investigating economic crimes in the bank sphere. The work contains a chain of theoretical issues and practical recommendations that are formulated taking in account particularities of current Ukrainian legislation, technologies of criminal activity, practice of investigation, with elements of scientific update. Features in commission of these crimes require from investigators solve complex problems related to the proof are not a separate crime, but organically complex interrelated criminal acts. This situation gives rise to assume the existence of techniques of criminal enrichment using banks.
