Thesis devoted to the study of the actual pediatrics gastroeneterology problem - increasing of the efficiency of the diagnostic and pharmacological correction of the chronicle gastritis, gastroduodenitis (CG, CGD) in children while study of the clinical-endoscopic, laboratory peculiarities of their currency and morphological changes of the gastric mucous membrane. Presence of the cytotoxic CagA(+) samples of H.pylori were supervised with severe pain syndrome, dyspeptic and astenic syndromes, besides also with increased concentration of IL-8 in serum of the children with CG, CGD. Presence of the cytotoxic CagA(+) samples is a reason of the severe histological changes of the gastric mucous membrane, of twice increased general quantity of the inflammatory cells due to plasmatic cells and lymphocytes (in 1,98 - 1,99 times), relative volume of the epitheliocytes and cells infiltrate density (on 20 - 40%) in comparison with group of the children with CagA(-) samples. 10 days drugs therapy with increased on 50% initial (during 3 days) dose of antibacterial medicines provided in children with CG, CGD, associated with CagA(+) samples, allowed to reach 93,33% eradication of H.pylori.
