Object of research: the process of organizing the purchase of machine-building enterprises. Purpose: to deepen theoretical positions and practical recommendations on the organization of procurement engineering companies. Methods: monographic, peer reviews, comparative analysis, statistics, linear programming, graphic. Novelty: the first method of optimizing the group orders of goods from one supplier for cost minimization criterion is developed, the matrix organization of procurement strategies for different types of products is developed, categorical apparatus by means of chain concepts "Procurement logistics" and "Logistics supply" is improved. Scope: in the activity of Regional Agglomeration "Drohobychyna", JSC "Motor Sich", JV "Spheros-Electron", in the learning process of the Military Institute of Odesa National Polytechnic University.
