Object: regional investment processes in Ukraine in terms of economic growth. Purpose: scientific basis of theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation, the effective functioning of regional markets, investment funds and their regulation. Methods: A dialectical method, the method of comparative analysis, graphical method, groups, correlation and regression analysis, the abstract-logical method. It is offered: warranted and suggested the current contents of the regional investment market as a set of localized processes and investment relations; improve: theoretical and applied aspects of public policy interventionism of regional investment in the investment imbalance of supply and demand in certain segments of the regional market of investment resources, approaches and methods for assessing the impact of determining factors on the amount and structure of investment demand, the scientific basis for determining investment attractiveness of regions and investment activity based on an assessment of economic, social, demographic, political economy assumptions and investment risks, the use of project financing mechanisms in the regional investment processes. Scope of usage: central and local governments, and other subjects of investment activities.
