3. The theme lies within the scope of political linguistics, a new subdivision of pragmatic linguistics. The aim of the paper is to prove that the prosodic level of oral discourse plays if not more important, then at least an equal part in the speaker's intention to reach a perlocutive effect. Methods used included, besides the general induction, deduction, and observation, also special instrumental and computer analysis. The novelty and originality of the paper are based on the research of syntactical markers securing the increase of the volume of the tone, its tempo and intensity. The methodology and the results of the paper can be applied both in the pedagogical process and further research.
