Tymoschuk O. Improvement Methods of Diagnostic and Correction of Disorders of the Microcirculation in Children with Chronic Gastroduodenitis

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnostics and correction of disorders of the microcirculation and psychological status of children with Chronic Gastroduodenitis. In this work the results of clinico-laboratorial, instrumental and psychological researches are presented. They where taken among 120 children with Chronic Gastroduodenitis by age 10-18 years old. The mechanism of disorders of the microcirculation in children with Chronic Gastroduodenitis is set. Intercommunication and role of oxide of nitrogen and prostaglandinis E2 and F2? in the origin of disorders of the microcirculation are studied. The communication between сlinico-paraclinics displays, duration of disease and changes of psychological status is presented for children suffering from Chronic Gastroduodenitis depending on age. The age-old features of functioning of the prooхide-antioxidation system for patients with Chronic Gastroduodenitis are set. The advantage of including of biomicroscopy of bulbar conjunctiva, determination of level of general nitrite, prostaglandins E2 and F2?, products of prooхide-antioxidation system of organism at blood and psychological testing is well-proven to the complex of diagnostic of Chronic Gastroduodenitis in children. Efficiency of preparations of “Glutargin” and “Fitosed” is nosotropic grounded, developed and well-proven for the correction of disorders of the microcirculation, psychological status and prooxide-antioxidation balance in children suffering from Chronic Gastroduodenitis.
