Object of the study is processes of management intellectual capital enterprise. Objective of study is motivation, development and improvement scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation for strategies of management intellectual capital industrial enterprise. Methods of research are structured-logical analysis, logical generalization and comparisons, scientific abstraction, graphic, economy-statistical, system approach. Theoretical and practical results: scientifically-methodical and practical positions for increasing to efficiency production by way of the growing quality intellectual capital, transition to innovation development, shaping креативного production group. Novelty is the most further development theoretical and methodical positions for determinations of the intellectual capital and shaping to strategies of management to him on enterprise.
