Pozhidaev A. Mechanism of state stimulation of agrofood sector development: strategic aspect

The object of study - are processes of state regulation of agri-food sector as a branch of national economy. The aim of study - is the development of theoretical propositions over the establishment and improvement of conceptual and organizational components of mechanism of state stimulation of agri-food sector development in the strategic aspect. Methods of study - system analysis; economic statistics' data analysis; comparative analysis; heuristics methods within a holistic paradigm. The practical significance of results lies in the process of scientific and practical recommendations development relating to the process of Ukrainian agri-food sector stimulation state program formation. Scientific novelty of results lies in the fact that it is the first time when the methodical approach to the formation of the conceptual component of state stimulation mechanism of agri-food sector strategic development was created. Were improved: agri-food sector strategy directions were aligned to the process of intensive development; principles of agri-food sector strategic development; methodical approach to the process of determination of national economy sector potential; methodological approach to the process of analysis and prognosis of environment conditions of Ukrainian agri-food sector implementation. Further developments have got: a methodical approach to analyzing of problems and prospects of agricultural sector development; the organizational component of agri-food sector development state stimulation mechanism.
