Dissertation is dedicated to research the judicial principles of revision the decisions on administrative offences. The work contains author's attitudes regarding the legal nature of decisions on administrative offences and principles of maintenance their revision. It contains analysis of existing judicial constructions of revision the decisions, more specifically - a revision in administrative order, a revision in appellative order and in administrative legal proceeding order, formulated suggestions regarding their improvement and increasing of efficiency.
