Martsenyik L. Improving the management structure of freight wagons operating companies in terms of reforming railway transport of Ukraine

The thesis addressed the actual problem - the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of efficiency of freight wagons operating companies in the reform of railway transport of Ukraine. The thesis proposed by the organization in Ukraine, management companies, which at its own discretion will carry freight wagons someone else's property, leased to various conditions, operating companies. For cars other railway administrations and international operating companies offered transportation in interstate contracts. The mechanism of control freight, which is different from the existing fixture to the conditions of the market and the organization of management companies that are fully centralize management of all parks, freight cars of domestic and foreign operating companies. To manage the freight rolling stock in other companies, the author recommends that operators of several management companies that would have the exclusive right in its sole discretion to direct cars for loading and after unloading at a predetermined and agreed with Ukrzaliznytsya routes. Improved classification of parks and special purpose freight wagons and approaches to construction management companies in today's market of transport services depending on the management of foreign rolling stock. We propose a scientific approach to the definition of a rational number of freight cars on the rail network to improve the quality parameters of the rolling stock of domestic and foreign operating companies. This thesis developed a model of interaction between freight companies with other companies and structural subdivisions of the railways of Ukraine, as well as the organizational structure of the company's management, which includes two activities: trade and repairs of cars. The main task of management of the company, which, unlike the main commercial management, additionally serves as the current and planned repair of cars, as well as the preparation of the rolling stock for loading.
