P'yatygorets' G. The price formation improvement for the additional services of railway stations.

The thesis is devoted to the justification of the price formation improvement ways for the additional services of railway stations, for the expense of: the improvement of theoretical and methodological approach to the price determination for the additional services of the railway stations; the consideration of the external factors influence for the price formation for the additional services of the railway stations; the justification of reasonability of theoretical and methodological approach to the price determination for the additional services of the railway stations introduction. This thesis has developed and justified the new principles of the estimates making for the additional services that allow bringing the calculated price to the actual average market price as close as possible. The theoretical and methodological approach to the price formation for the additional services of the railways stations was improved, which lies in reckoning of the part of the direct expenses for the traffic towards the composition of the expenses of subsidiary and auxiliary activity, determination of the general production and administrative expenses with the usage of new distribution base, determination of expenses for the prospects with the usage of the inflation indices and average market prices for the material resources that gives the opportunity to determine the prices for the services on the basis of the actual cost price and fix the profitability within the bounds of the antimonopoly law.
