This thesis is the complex investigation of the phenomena of conflict potential of ethnic relationship on Post Soviet area, which can be seen as component of modern political processes as well as peculiarities its institutionalization, functionality and development in the framework of multinational country. In the work the theoretical and methodological basis of ethnic-conflict state, proposed by modern investigators, as well as the sources of ethno history and socialpolitical factors its occurrence and institutionalization, are established.
