The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of theoretical principles, specialities of the administrative-legal adjustment of the use and guard of lands of the health-curative setting. The definitions of "lands of the health-curative setting", "administrative-legal relations in the field of the use of lands of the health-curative setting" are propounded in the thesis. The features of the legal adjustment of lands of the health-curative setting are examined. The up-to-date evaluation is given and the ways of the development in the recreational sphere in Ukraine are determined.
