Notevski V. State Strategy of modernization of housing and communal services of the national economy of Ukraine

In this thesis the current state of public policy on the regulation of utilities modernization, as well as trends and patterns of development of the industry studied. It is proposed to take into account international experience in developing financial and budget management tools for development of housing and communal services of Ukraine. The author has proved the need for a national project for housing individuals and proposed a project to develop affordable housing in Ukraine. Socio-integration paradigm of reform and development of housing and communal services designed to address pressing problems in the industry, as well as to ensure the transition to a new model for sustainable operation of housing and communal services.
