Vlasov D. Development and functioning of water resources market of Ukraine

Object of research: water resources and their using in the world, its regions and the countries with different level of economic development and water delivery. Research objective: working out of theory-methodological bases of an estimation of using water resources, concept formation "the market of waters" and the analysis of this market. Research methods: the history-logic and is abstract-logic, monographic, statistics-economic, comparative, graphic and tabular, system approach, a method of groupings. Theoretical and practical results: theory-methodological and applied aspects of using water resources for manufacture of agricultural production are investigated. The modern condition of water resources in Ukraine and the separate countries - the basic manufacturers of agrarian production is analysed. Problems of using water resources for manufacture of agrarian production in the countries with different level of maintenance with them are considered. The estimation of dynamics of the market of water drinks in the world, separate regions and in Ukraine is given. The analysis of volumes of export-import of "virtual water" as a part of agriculture production is carried out. The especial attention is given working out of methodical approaches on use drive separate categories of consumers. For the first time the formula of the price of water is developed. Novelty consists in a theory-methodological and practical substantiation of formation of concept "the market of water resources" from positions of the evolutionary approach to formation of the concept "market" in historical aspect, formation and development of "the market of water resources" and its components, the offered formula of the price of water. Introduction degree: Offers and recommendations are accepted by the Ministry of an agrarian policy and the foodstuffs of Ukraine for use in Ministry work, used in educational process of Trainer-scientific institute of business of National university of life and environmental sciences of Ukraine and Umansky national university of gardening.
