The dissertation considers theoretical framework of intermediate trade activity on the Ukrainian consumer goods market with respect to its current transformation processes. Scientific credence to new theoretical approaches to definition of the intermediate trade subject and the classification was given, methodological principles of creation of intermediate trade agents' development total index system were proposed as well as principles of their services expediency during enterprises purchasing and marketing activity on the consumer goods market. The main tendencies in changes of intermediate trade enterprises development indexes were investigated; the main results of their activity were analyzed. The main trends of the governmental control in the realm of intermediate trade were validated. The concept of intermediate trade enterprises management policy on the basis of strategic marketing was proposed. The main results of this investigation have found practical usage in Ukrainian intermediate trade enterprises activity.
