Dissertation is devoted to scientific and practical tasks justification of theoretical and methodological approaches and scientific recommendations for the improvement of supply chain trading networks in Ukraine. Processed and refined conceptual categories of "logistics chain", "supply chain management." Proposed definitions of "logistics chain distribution network" and "supply chain management trading networks." Analysis of management practices and investigates its cost-effectiveness of the present state of development of trade networks and supply chain management in them. Grounded internal factors affecting the development of key performance indicators. An approach to determine the efficiency of logistics chains if the use distribution center, developed guidelines for the establishment and management of supply chain trading networks.
