Essay

In the thesis for the first time in the Ukrainian literary criticism was made an attempt to analyze systematically the imagological dimensions of the Ukrainian-Hungarian discourse of L?szl? Balla (1927-2010) taking into account the original reflection in his creative mind of the perception of own and other culture. The given work outlines the significant genre and style characteristics of his poetry, short and large prose, the specific of the representation of images in the work of L. Balla, the logic of the author's position in the light of dialogue with the writer.
