In dissertation the scientific ground of theoretical and methodical principles is carried out and practical recommendations are developed in relation to the investment providing and forming economical ecological to the mechanism of steady development of agrarian enterprises in the conditions of torrent-control measures. Consisting of agricultural production is in-process analyzed of the Zakarpattya area for last fifteen of years and the estimation of efficiency of the use of the landed resources is conducted, where found out the problems of proceeding in the broken earths.
