An object is processes of strategic management by innovative activity of processing enterprises in the conditions of uncertainty; subject is methodical and practical aspects of forming and realization of strategic management innovative activity of processing enterprises in the conditions of uncertainty; methods - theoretical generalization and comparison, graphic interpretation, system's analysis and situational management, matrix analysis, statistical analysis, imitation and mathematical modeling. Research results: methodical approach of management by innovative activity of processing enterprises is offered in the conditions of uncertainty, in which profit maximization is performed taking into account the maximum capacity of enterprise for realization of transformations of production factors, which is formalized as limiting restrictions on resource and production capabilities. Sphere of the use is enterprises of processing industry: a company "Cyurupinsk clothing factory "Youth", a company "South cannery of child's food", a company "EKO-SITI".
