Shavkun G. Improvement of existing management system of costs at coke-chemical enterprises

The object of study are managerial processes by costs of the industrial enterprise in the conditions of the changing market environment. The aim is working out of theoretical positions and scientifically-practical recommendations concerning creation of an effective system of control over expenses of the coke-chemical enterprises by introduction of the system approach to management of expenses. A theoretical and methodological basis of the dissertation are fundamental positions of the economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists concerning management of expenses at the industrial enterprises. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in development of theoretical bases and a substantiation of practical recommendations concerning improvement of a control system by expenses coke-chemical the enterprises by introduction of the system approach to management. The conclusions received in the dissertation and the recommendation have found practical application in activity of the coke-chemical enterprises of Ukraine.
