Mykalo O. Application of outsourcing in industrial enterprises

The dissertation elaborates on the development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of application of outsourcing in the industrial enterprises. Approaches to the interpretation of the economic essence of outsourcing are defined as a modern form of cooperation, the criteria for the classification of the forms and types of outsourcing are systemized. Based on the suggested marketing approach, the theoretical foundations of the outsourcing mechanism is developed, which involves a transition from solely financial criteria for outsourcing to the market ones. The matrix method for estimating the reasonability of transferring functions or business processes to outsource is improved, which uses integrated multi-criteria evaluation of opportunities and threats and is based on the method of paired comparisons to determine the weight of each criterion. The dissertation contains recommendations on the mechanism of outsourcing with regard to internal and external factors that affect the activity of industrial enterprises.
