Oleksiienko R. Customs regulation of the property rights as an instrument of ensuring of economic interests of the state.

The thesis is devoted to studying the issue of customs regulation of the property rights of subjects of the foreign economic activity as an instrument of ensuring of the state economic interests at the example of Ukraine. The forms, instruments and mechanisms of transformation of the property rights at customs regulation of the foreign economic activity are selected and justified. The practical measures, proposals and ways are suggested and developed concerning the choosing of the most effective means of the customs influence for violation of the customs rules, in order to increase the efficiency of customs regulation of property rights in the plane of state's economic interests ensuring.
