Dissertation is devoted complex research of the legal mode of off-shore bar of Maureies. The off-shore bar of seas as complex object of the legal adjusting is in-process probed, legal principles of management in the field of the use, recreation and guard of natural resources of off-shore bar of seas, world experience of legal principles of management is analysed in the field of the use, recreation and guard of natural resources of off-shore area of seas. Experience of the foreign states is analysed in a management territories and objects which behave to the off-shore bar of seas. The legal decision of concept «off-shore bar of seas» is formulated, certainly his signs. The grounded and developed suggestions are on perfection of current legislation of Ukraine in relation to the legal adjusting of the use, guard and recreation of off-shore bar of Maureies, as complex object of ecolaw.
