Dissertation is devoted research of the legal mode of earths of the recreational setting. The state of scientific development of the examined problems is described, determination and personal touches of earths of the recreational setting, determination of concept «legal mode of earths of the recreational setting», is offered. The historico-legal analysis of development of legislation about the legal mode of earths of the recreational setting is carried out and prospects and ways of his improvement are described. The special attention is spared description of separate elements of the legal mode of earths of the recreational setting, in particular, rights on the indicated earths, features and legal regulation of the use of earths of the recreational setting, and also to the legal questions of management and guard of earths of the recreational setting the use and guard. Brought in suggestion on the improvement of the landed legislation of Ukraine.
