Deinega M. Legal regulation of amelioration of agricultural lands in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the researching of legal regulation of the agricultural land amelioration in Ukraine, formulation of theoretical basis, practical recommendations and propositions concerning the improving of legislation in this sphere. According to the research results was made periodization of the historical development of amelioration law on Ukrainian lands, improved defining the definition «amelioration of agricultural land», defined its legal features. Entered the definition «agromelioration relations» and «agromelioration legislation» and offered determination. This work defines the place of legal norms, that regulate relationships in the sphere of agricultural land amelioration, in system of law in Ukraine, analyzed the legislative base of the given sphere, investigated contemporary condition of legal regulation of hydro technical, chemical, agro forest, technical and agro technical amelioration of agricultural land in Ukraine. Discovered the peculiarities of legal responsibility for offence in this sphere and formulated the definition of the notion of legal responsibility for offence in the sphere of agricultural land amelioration. Was defined existing defects of legal regulation and proposed scientific-legal ways for their elimination.
