Chumachenko I. The legal regulation of state control over use and protection of water bodies in Ukraine

The thesis is a complete scientific work, first in the Science of Environmental Law comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of state control over use and protection of water bodies. The thesis explored the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal provision of state control over use and protection of water bodies in Ukraine. We analyze the formation and development of water legislation in the making of an independent Ukrainian state, the establishment of laws on the main uses of water bodies and monitoring their implementation. The concept of value and state control over use and protection of water bodies. The principles of state control over use and protection of water bodies. It focuses on the analysis of the legal regulation of public authorities in monitoring the use and protection of water bodies. Analyzed the forms and methods of public authorities having the right to monitor the status of water bodies to conduct inspections of enterprises, institutions, organizations and other business entities, as well as state of water bodiesapply administrative sanctions for violation of water legislationdavat or revoke permits for special use of water resources. In this thesis considers the peculiarities of legal regulation of state control over water use and protection of Black Sea basin. Reasonable number of suggestions for improving the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of state control over use and protection of water bodies.
