Solovyan Y. Development of the system of management by the state corporate rights in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodical bases and development of scientific and practical recommendations for development of the management system by the state corporate rights in Ukraine and for increase of its efficiency. In work theoretical principles of formation and development of the system of management by the state corporate rights are systematized and improved. Specificity of structure and level of capacity of the mechanism of management by the state corporate rights are found out. The current state of functioning of the state corporate sector of economy of Ukraine is analysed and the basic tendencies of its development are defined. Methodical approaches to estimation of efficiency of management by the state corporate rights are improved. The analysis of problems of the system of management by the state corporate rights is carried out and scientifically are developed offers of their overcoming. The ways of development of the system of management by the state corporate rights to the bases of social responsibility and rationalization of levers of corporate control are proved.
