A research object are the economic processes related to forming and use of technical potential of agricultural enterprises. A research aim consists in the ground of theoretical principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to forming and increase of efficiency of the use of technical potential of agricultural enterprises. In the process of research such methods were used : abstractly-logical, graphic, calculation-structural, economic prognostication and expert estimations, analytical grouping, cross-correlation-regressive, економіко-математичного design. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in the complex working of теоретико-методичних and applied principles of forming and effective use of technical potential of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the limited nature of resources.
