The object of dissertation is the activity of commodity exchanges. The purpose of the research is the elaboration theoretical propositions and practical recommendations of the improvement rating assessment activity of commodity exchanges in the grain market. For the solution of the tasks in dissertation were used such methods as: situation analysis, grouping and comparison, economical and statistical, system analysis, the abstracting and logical analysis, hierarchy analysis, morphological and discrimination analysis, the analysis of clusters, knalimetric and correlation-regression analysis. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in deeping of the theoretical aspects and elaboration of the scientific and practical recommendations because of improvement of rating assessments activity of commodity exchanges on a grain market. The main results of dissertation were lead up to the level of methodical elaboration and theoretical recommendations. That are directed on activity improvement of commodity exchanges in grain market. The sphere of introduction can be represented by commodity exchanges, agricultural enterprises and institutions of the higher education.
