Lisovska N. Leasing in the system of financial instruments of innovative development of economy

Economic essence of leasing is exposed as a component system of financial instruments of innovative development of economy. Expediency of application of leasing is reasonable as a financial instrument of achievement of equilibrium between market relations and government control. Approaches the macroeconomic functions of leasing are certain that gives an opportunity to use it as a financial instrument of investing of enterprises according to the specific of innovative development of economy. The foreign experience of the leasing financing is generalized and systemized, the influence of the newest home market of leasing tendencies on the process of innovative development of economy is specified. Basic principles as well as organisational and methodical approaches to organization of the ecological leasing as a part of innovative process are reasonable. Methodical approaches concerning the estimation of efficiency of leasing relations in the system of the financial providing of innovative activity, mechanisms of state support of development of leasing in Ukraine, theoretical and methodological principles of determination of role and leasing place in the system of financial instruments of innovative development of economy are improved.
