Filatova O. Verbalization of the Concept "COMFORT" in the English Language of the 20th-21st centuries.

The paper is devoted to the research of contemporary comfort vocabulary in the English language in cognitive and traditional lexicological aspects with regard to extralinguistic factors that influenced its formation. Global social and economic changes, scientific innovations resulted into the emergence of new things, new technologies and materials, styles in art, sculpture and architecture. Those innovations were the basis for production new things and interior objects, phenomena in beauty, health and sport industry, that acquired completely new or changed names to reflect their new characteristics, forms, peculiarities, stylistic and technological innovations.
