Zadontsev I. Information Support Technology for Industry Specialists Professional Training Processes

The thesis is dedicated to resolution of the important scientific and technical problem to provide the required level of personnel training on the IT introduc-tion into the industrial production in the course of the professional recurrent training at operating enterprises on the basis of the developed information train-ing process support technology. The personnel training mathematical models have been developed using various forms of training. They allow adapting the process of preparing to changes in the terms, goals and objectives of training. The plan synthesis method for the enterprise specialists professional training has been developed. It contains application of different organizational forms of training. This method has been built on the basis of models for the training results forecast, taking into account the relevant factors which affect the training process. A technique of application of the developed information training processes sup-port technology has been suggested. The obtained theoretical results have been put into practice and implemented at various enterprises.
