The thesis is devoted the analysis of administrative and law, organizational bases of activity of the organs of state power of Ukraine in the sphere of counteraction to raiders. It has been grounded that the economic safety is the integral component of the national safety of Ukraine. It has been determined that the raiders is one of threats to the economic security of the state. The essence of raiders in Ukraine has been investigated. The administrative and law status of subjects of counteraction to raiders has been analyzed. The tasks, functions and jurisdiction of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine in the sphere of counteraction to raiders have been found out.
