The thesis is devoted to the examination of theoretical, administrative and law, organizational bases of public order guarding during the leadthrough in Ukraine the final part of European Football Championship 2012. The essence and meaning of public order guarding have been certained, the legal maintenance of basic concepts and categories has been specified. The maintenance of public order guarding during the leadthrough the mass events of sporting character has been analyzed. The features of organization the activity of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine in the sphere of public order guarding during the leadthrough in Ukraine the final part of European Football Championship 2012 have been found out.
