The dissertation is devoted actual problems of tactical operations at investigation of abduction of vehicles: it is opened concepts, essence and structure of tactical operations; the place of tactical operation in system of tactical means is defined at investigation of abduction of vehicles; features of the organisation and tactics of carrying out of separate investigatory actions during realisation of tactical operations are opened at investigation of the specified crimes; forms and the mechanism of interaction of subjects of investigation are studied at carrying out of tactical operations; separate tactical operations of groups "information gathering", "fixing", "search", "check" are developed and features of their carrying out are shown at investigation of abduction of vehicles; domestic and foreign experience of carrying out of tactical operations is considered and generalised at investigation of the specified crimes.
