Peredalo С. Formation and assessment of the mission in the system of industrial enterprise management

The object of research is the processes of forming and evaluation of mission in the system of management of industrial enterprises. The goal of the scientific work is development of the theoretical positions and methodical recommendations for forming and evaluation of the mission in the system of management of industrial enterprises, according to the specific of industrial industry. The author used the methods of comparison, systematization and generalization, expert, statistical, graphic and economic analysis. The theoretical value of the outcomes of the thesis is in specification of the category "mission", separation of the key roles, the development of typology of the missions, the improvement of the process of forming the mission of industrial enterprises, separation the system of the factors of influence on the effectiveness of the forming of the mission of the organization, the development of the model of the evaluation of the mission of industrial enterprises. The scientific novelty of the thesis is offered the system of the indicators of the evaluation of the quality and the effectiveness of the mission of the enterprise with a decoupling for the elements, that allows the complex to estimate the level of perception of the specific target groups of the statements proclaimed by a mission, to evaluate the level of their trust and desire to cooperate with the organization, the level of the performance of the delivered postulates. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and methodical positions from forming and evaluation of the mission in the system of management of industrial enterprises. The author's recommendations are used to the enhance of the formation to the level of the efficiency and evaluation of the mission in the system of management of industrial enterprises. The area of the use of the authors recommendations are domestic industrial enterprises.
