The object of research is the process of the investment providing of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises. The paper's objective is to the development of theoretical positions and explanation of the methodical-applied recommendations of improving of the investment providing of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises. While making the research, author used the following methods: systems, statistical and factor analysis, logical generalization, modeling and graphical method. The theoretical value of the thesis is clarifying the concept of "system of the investment providing of innovative activity of enterprises". Moreover grouping of factors, that influence the volumes of the investment providing of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises, got further development, with forming of corresponding factor models. The system of indexes of evaluation of the investment providing of innovative activity is offered of separate machine-building enterprises. The theoretical value of the thesis also develops of the system of indexes of evaluation of the investment providing of innovative activity of separate machine-building enterprises. The practical significance of the results consists of forming and improving of the system of monitoring and mechanism of adjusting of the investment providing of innovative activity and development the method of definition of rational volumes of investment resources, which are directed in financing of innovative activity of machine-building enterprise. Scientific novelty of the results lies in the development of theoretical positions and explanation of the methodical-applied recommendations of improving of the investment providing of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises. Theoretical principles and practical guidelines of thesis are used for improvement of the investment providing of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises. Author's recommendations are applied for the enterprises of machine building industry.
