In work the results of theoretical and practical researches of improvement of composition of basic production facilities of agriculture and rise of efficiency of their use on materials of the Mykolayiv region are exposed. Realizable attempt in a theory to ground conceptual approaches in relation to the recreation of basic facilities of agrarian enterprises on a modern stage. A dynamics, structure and proportions of recreation of basic facilities of agricultural enterprises, is analyzed. Economic efficiency of the use of basic production facilities is explored on the whole and after separate their kinds.
