The object of the research: the process of economic management of industrial enterprises that systematically introduce innovation in the modern economic conditions in Ukraine; Purpose of the work: the development of theoretical principles and the development of scientific and methodological support for the economic management of enterprise with innovation-based development that can contribute to the rise of the national economy; Research methodology and instruments: the method of theoretical generalization of the method of statistical analysis, the method of cluster analysis, a method of peer review, the method of fuzzy logic, the graphical method; Theoretical and practical results: the concept «enterprise with innovation-based development» was clarified; methodical approach to integrated assessment of innovation capacity of the enterprise and the choice of a strategy of innovative development was enhanced; methodical approach for the ranking of innovative projects in priority by means of the introduction the marginal income indicator; the concept of innovation was clarified; the procedure for assessing of indicators of the results of the innovation activity was perfected, this procedure provides an assessment of actual and additional economic effects; duties and responsibilities of organizational units was explained; Subject and degree of introduction: developments are implemented in practical work of LLC «Agroimport», LLC «Kharkiv Lifting and Transportation Equipment Plant», OJSC «Kharkiv Machine Building Plant «SVET SHAKHTYORA», LLC «West Labs Ltd», JSC «Nefteprommash», LLC «Antares U.
