Dissertation thesis are devoted to deciding of theoretical, methodical and organ-izational questions of results' introduction of scientific technical progress with reali-zation of innovative activity at the food industry's enterprises. The economical content of the base conseptions of scientific technical progress, innovations, innovative process is defined; the innovation of innovative development's phases of food industry's enterprises is taken into consideration. Reasonableness of introduction of scientific technical progress' results in the process of innovative activity's realization and necessity of increasing of innovative activity's effectiveness are grounded.
