The dissertation deals with the research of theoretical, methodological and practical problems of resource potential of agricultural enterprises and efficiency of its use. The authorial definition of the notion "resource potential" as a complex of natural and technological material elements was formulated. These elements are presented by the foreseen results in their system interaction with production processes. Theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of resource potential of agricultural enterprises concerning its functioning as a united system in the production processes have been improved. The strategy, main principles and the ways of post privatization development of agricultural enterprises were developed. The concept of the formation principles of agricultural enterprises resource potential and its development; the methods of estimation of the efficiency of valuable use and maximum recoupment of resource potential of agricultural enterprises working under market economy formation, the methods of the calculation of cost value of land plots of agricultural purpose based on credit solvency value and credit indicators complex evaluation of material resources based on cost and market approaches of objects value determination and substantiated factors of dynamic changes of labour potential relations formation have been improved.
